10oz Filet wild caught from Lake Erie. Pan fried golden brown & finished with creamy caramel amaretto sauce 


Halibut

8oz Filet wild caught from Alaska. Pan seared, topped with bacon crust & yuzu roasted corn cream sauce

 

King Salmon
8oz Filet from New Zealand. Pan seared, honey lemon glazed & finished with bourbon blueberry butter sauce
