Sea Bass
8oz filet, wild caught in waters off the coast of Chilie. Sea Bass melts in your mouth (seriously no Joke), rubbed in our grill seasoning and grilled to perfection.
Swordfish
8oz filet wild caught off the coast of Hawaii. Swordfish has firm opaque flesh with a sweet flavor. Blackened in a cast iron pan & finished with lemon garlic beurre blanc.
Halibut
8oz filet, wild caught from Alaska. Halibut has a sweet, mild flavor with firm texture. Pan seared, topped with pistachio herb crust & finished with Sicilian orange infused EVOO.
Wester Ross Salmon
8oz filet, from Scotland. Wester Ross is a premium Scottish farm raised organic feed salmon with a sweet flavor & buttery texture. Pan seared & finished with bourbon peach glaze.

8oz CAB hanger steak. Rubbed in our house grill seasoning, grilled to your liking & finished with a toasted sesame serrano chili sauce.
Porterhouse
20oz Black Angus Porterhouse. Porterhouse, the king of steaks! Rubbed in our grilled seasoning and then grilled to your liking. Topped with a truffle wild mushroom butter.
Braveheart Tenderloin
8oz barrel cut tenderloin from local Wisconsin farms located in the La Crosse area. Seasoned with kosher salt & cracked black peppercorns, grilled to your liking & topped with red wine caramelized onions.
