Pecan Encrusted Walleye
10oz Filet wild caught from Lake Erie. Pan fried golden brown & finished with creamy amaretto caramel sauce


Norwegian Cod
8oz Filet from Norway. Pan seared, topped with bacon herb crust & hot honey glaze


Sea Scallops
Four U-10 scallops from the Atlantic Ocean. Pan seared & finished with pesto cream sauce
