8oz filet, wild caught from Alaska. Halibut has a sweet, mild flavor. Pan seared & topped with Maui onion potato crust. Finished with smokey dijon mustard sauce
Ora King Salmon
8oz filet, from New Zealand. Ora King is considered the Wagyu of the sea. Blackened in a cast iron pan & finished with a pomegranate glaze
Pecan Encrusted Walleye
10oz filet, wild caught from Lake Erie. Breaded in a mixture of candied pecans & panko breadcrumbs & pan fried golden brown. Served with creamy amaretto caramel sauce.
