Sea Bass
8oz filet, wild caught in waters off the coast of Chile. Sea Bass melts in your mouth (seriously no joke), rubbed in our grill seasoning and grilled to perfection.
Walleye
10oz filet, wild caught from Lake Erie. Breaded in a mixture of candied pecans & panko breadcrumbs. Pan fried until golden brown. Served with a creamy amaretto sauce. (may contain bones)
King Salmon
8oz filet from New Zealand. King is considered the wagyu of the sea. Pan seared & finished with cucumber mint insalata & EVOO citrus oil.
Icelandic Cod
8oz filet, wild caught from the Atlantic Ocean. Cod is high in fat content & has a sweet flavor. Pan seared & finished with creamy lobster sauce.

10oz CAB Hanger steak. Hanger steak is the second most tender cut of meat. Seasoned simply with sea salt & cracked black pepper, grilled to your liking, finished with red wine veal demi & crispy parsnip crisps.
Wagyu New York
12oz cut of Rock & Hill Farms wagyu strip steak. Wagyu is known for its buttery flavor & tenderness. Rubbed in sea salt & peppercorns then grilled to your liking. Finished with a caramelized onion butter.
Cowboy Ribeye
16oz CAB Bone in ribeye. Adding the bone enhances the flavor. Rubbed in our house grill seasoning & grilled to your liking. Topped with a mushroom blue cheese sauce.
Pork Chop
14oz True Bridge duroc center cut double bone pork chop. Rubbed in our house grill seasoning & grilled medium. Topped with chocolate port wine cherry gastrique.

Little Clams & Pancetta
Steamed little neck clams, pancetta, cherry tomatoes & fresh basil tossed with angel hair pasta in a tomato white wine butter sauce. Topped with pecorino cheese & served with toasted Voyager’s sour dough bread.
