Plae Bistro is proud to announce our Chef’s table located in our “Plae Room”! You and your guests will have a front row view of our Chef preparing six wonderful courses, which will include starters, proteins with accompaniments & desserts. We source many ingredients from our own garden along with several local gardens & local business’s. The result? Fresh, flavorful & innovative cuisine!
How much does it cost and how many people can it hold?
Our Chef’s table can accommodate up to 12 guests (we do require a minimum of 6 to reserve the table Monday-Thursday, Friday -Saturday 8 people minimum). The price is $100 per person for dinner& $80 per person for a lunch reservation (beverages, tax and gratuity, service charge not included). Prices are subject to change without notice due to vendor price increase. Please inform us upon booking if you need accommodations for food allergies or restrictions in your diet.

You can call us at 920.632.7065 or inquire with one of our staff members. Upon booking the room we will need a credit card on file.
**Please note that Gift cards are NOT redeemable at our Chef Table.
**ALL payments in our Chef’s Table must be one check or equal split payments. NO separate checks.
